When You Can’t Move, We Move For You

5 Days To Go — Move For Isabel

I hope you are all well.

In 5 days we reach sentencing.

2 years and 5 months of waiting. Of silence. Of grief.

Thank you. From my heart to yours.

She has been living this every single day since.

Why we are asking you to move this Sunday

Exercise wasn’t just a hobby for Isabel.

It was her therapy. Her freedom. Her joy.

Movement was how she managed both her physical health and her mental health.

A run to clear her head. She trained for the marathon but had to delay due to her health condition so she had deferred this.

Dancing in the kitchen just because. She worked at Virgin Active along side working for an immersive events company. Morning workouts before starting her shift.

It helped her feel grounded, capable, and alive.

Right now, she can’t do that.

Osteoporosis and the impact of the last 2 years and 5 months mean her body can’t move the way it used to.

So she does what she can.

She reads. She fills pages and pages because it’s how she exercises her mind when she can’t exercise her body.

She keeps learning, keeps growing, keeps fighting — even when her body is asking her to be still.

That’s why Move for Isabel means so much.

Move because she can’t right now. Move to bring awareness. Move to help bring her home.

If you can’t move, send love.

If you can move, move for her.

Every share, every comment, every person in that virtual room is a message: We see you Isabel. We believe you. We’re standing with you.

Please watch until the end. Please share if you can.

Our focus is still the same: bringing awareness to Isabel’s case.

Because sadly, this is how so many SA cases are handled internationally. And because survivors deserve to be seen, believed, and supported.

Thank you for standing with Isabel and her Mum @ayshabellwellness.

With love, hope, and gratitude,

Aysha
